At Cuddly Avocado, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or printing error, we’re here to make it right.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items
- All sales are final unless the product is defective
- Items must be unused and in original condition when reporting an issue
